Adopting extrusion casting instead of pressure die casting to manufacture aluminium alloy wheels could not only eliminate the defects such as gas hole and non metal inclusion in die casting,but also increase the rate of end product and material utilization.Die structure and design parameters of extrusion casting for aluminium alloy wheels were introduced.Technical parameters and selection basis were analyzed.
