控制铸件凝固顺序
保证铸件内部质量。最后
综合水力模拟和数值模拟结果
确定了合理的工艺方案
确保铸件一次浇注成功
Abstract
Both hydraulic simulation and numerical simulation were used to optimize casting technology in order to ensure the quality of large aluminum alloy castings. Based on analogic theory
hydraulic model was founded to choose the optimum gating system for prevention from casting defects including gas hole and misrun. Numerical simulation was used to predict shrinkage cavity
porosity through calculating dynamic temperature field of aluminum casting. Based on numerical simulation
riser and chill size and amount were changed and casting solidification sequence was controlled to ensure inner quality of casting. At last
both hydraulic simulation and numerical simulation were synthesized to determine rational processing sketch for pouring success at first time
