摘要

结合新型铝合金管子钳钳柄的结构特点

设计出了生产钳柄零件的挤压铸造模具

并对模具的结构参数和挤压铸造工艺参数进行了优化

经生产实践验证

用该模具生产的制件完全达到了设计要求。

Abstract

Squeeze casting die for wrench handle has been designed based on structure of new handle of aluminum alloy pipe wrench. The die structural parameters and squeeze casting technological parameters were optimized.The parts produced with the die could meet completely the design requirement through production practice.
