摘要

试验分析了 3 80压铸合金化学成分的不同配比对力学性能的影响。结果表明高合金含量配制的 3 80铝合金与低合金含量配制的 3 80铝合金相比

前者抗拉强度、屈服强度及硬度高

而后者伸长率高

标准的 3 80铝合金成分则在二者之间。实际应用中

应根据零件对力学性能的具体要求合理选配

Abstract

Different rations of chemical composition of 380 die casting alloy are analyzed.The results show that 380 alloy with high alloy has a higher tensile strength

yielding strength and hardness while 380 with low alloy has higher elongation.Chemical composition of 380 alloy with excellent comprehensive properties should be proper.
