Abstract

Based on the renovation and technological analysis of gating system in the import die casting die for AG50 left crack part

the positioning and amount of gate and ingate in gating system

as well as the control of flow direction and flow cross point at ingate and the positioning of reasonable overflowing system during melt flowing through ingate are examined for elevating finished casting yield.
