针对铸造工艺因素之一的涂料定量使用控制问题

介绍了模具涂料自动稀释搅拌输送机和压室冲头自动清理润滑装置。目的:将铸造工艺中定性（经验）控制的因素

转变为定量控制

使铸造工艺处于受控状态

推动新工艺研究;使铸造工艺水平发生质的跃变

推动技术进步

走上管理科学化的道路

实现低投入高产出经营目标。该技术装备可在特种铸造工业中推广使用。

Abstract

This text is directed against the question of using the coating fixed quantity control which one of the factors of casting technology. It introduced the die coating automatic dilute stir conveyer and plunger sleeve automatic cleaning lubrication device . The Purpose : Changing the experience control into fixed quantity control in casting technology which would be in controlled state

and

take place the qualitative changing

promote the research and the progress of new technique . On the road of science management

carrying out the aim of low input and high output . This technology device could be wildly use in special casting technology industry.
