讨论了铝铁系合金在压铸条件下的组织、性能
以及压铸过程中存在的问题。研究结果表明
压铸铝铁合金性能可达到σb=242.3MPa

显微组织中存在尺寸小的短棒状相
而且压铸试棒组织呈圆环带状分布。
Abstract
Microstructure and properties of Al-Fe alloy by die casting and the problem existed in-process were studied by observation of microstructure and testing of mechanical property.Maxi tensile strength of Al-Fe alloy σb is 242.3 MPa
and elongation δ is 2.7%.Intermetallic compound of small size present claviform
and distribute ring and banding in diecasting test bar.It indicates that Al-Fe diecasting alloy will be applicated in many fields and has good market foreground.
