The Computer Simulation For Porous Ceramics Infiltrated Al-Cu Alloy With Applied Pressure
The computer simulation was designed for the process of the porous ceramic infiltrated Al-Cu alloy with applied pressure by PROCAST and the experiment was inspected under the same condition as the computer simulation.The results indicate that
the simplified model for porous ceramics frame is suitable for the infiltration computer simulation since the simulated setting time and solid-and-liquid phases accord with the experimental results and metallography analyses;the process of composites infiltration is entirely different from the general alloy squeeze casting
for the complexity of the internal structure of the porous ceramics perform which would lead to a series of defections.
