It was mainly introduced in this paperthe structure design of a low pressure die casting die possessing a aluminumalloy castingwith electrical conductivity requirement
andthe corresponding process parameters were determined.During mould design
changing the wall thickness and double layer runner were applied to achieve stable filling and good feeding effect.The produced castings in industrialpractice fulfilledboth demand in air tightness and conductivity.Casting
and expatiate the working process of the casting die.
