研究了近液相线铸造6063合金锭坯在半固态二次加热过程中的组织变化。结果表明
在固液两相区内
随着加热温度的升高
α相的生长和球化速度变快。本试验中
二次加热的最佳工艺制度为630℃下保温30min
或者640℃下保温25min
此时液相体积分数为23%左右
晶粒平均等级圆直径为160μm左右。
Abstract
The change of the structure of 6063 aluminum alloy by near-liquiduscasting during reheated was studied. It is found that growth and globe rate of αphase were increased with the reheating temperature in solid-liquid phase zone. The best technical parameters of reheating is 630 ℃ at 30 minutesor 640 ℃ at 25 minutes. Under these conditions
its volume fraction of liquid is about 23%
and the Average equal-area-circle grain diameter is about 160 μm.
