摘要

采用搅熔复合-挤压铸造工艺制备SiCp/2A14复合材料

分析研究了搅熔复合时间对颗粒分布状态的影响

并对比测试了2A14基体铝合金和SiCp/2A14复合材料的性能。经T6处理后

与2A14基体铝合金相比

15%SiCp/2A14复合材料具有较高硬度和弹性模量

相当的密度和抗拉强度

较低的伸长率。

The SiCp/2A14 aluminum matrix composite was made by stirring compound and squeeze casting.The relationship between time of stirring compound and particle distibution was studied

The properties of 2A14 Al alloy and SiCp/2A14 composite were tested。After the T6 heated processing

Compared with the 2A14 Al alloy

15%SiCp/2A14 composite had the higher hardness and elastic modulus
