其上挤缸最大挤压力为12500kN。模具总体方案为间接成形

利用蝶簧与柱簧实现浮动模成形
充分利用锁模缸的能力
采用下缸上行间接顶件。
Abstract
According to the structure and operating requirements of hammer head used in hammer crusher
and the characteristics of high manganese steel
the mold design by Squeeze casting is performed.Specialized former for squeeze casting is used here
and its maximal extrusion force is 12 500 kN.The design scheme is indirect forming
and spring association is used for locking the die
while drip molding is pushed out indirectly by the subjacent fluid cylinder.It is proved in productive practice that:It is feasible to produce hammer by using this set of mold.
