摘要

通过合金制备、微观分析和力学性能测试等方法

研究了稀土元素Y（质量分数为1%～4%）对AZ81镁合金微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明

适量（1%～2%）Y的加入使AZ81镁合金的组织明显细化

β（Mg17Al12）相减少

同时析出了针状和粒状的化合物Al2Y。经时效处理后

随着Y含量增加

在室温和150℃时

合金的拉伸强度和伸长率基本上呈先升后降的趋势。当Y含量为2%时

合金在室温下的拉伸强度和伸长率达到最大

分别为277MPa和11%;Y含量为1%时

合金在150℃时的高温强度和伸长率达到最大

分别为220MPa和12.4%。Y主要是通过固溶强化、析出强化和细晶强化提高了合金的室温和高温强度

改善了合金的塑性。

Abstract

The effects of yttrium on the microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ81 magnesium alloy have been investigated by alloy preparation

microstructure analysis and mechanical properties testing. The results indicate that 1%

% yttrium addition can obviously refine the structure of AZ81 magnesium alloy and restrain the creation of β（Mg17Al12） phase. At the same time

the needle-like and granular Al2Y phase distributed at grain boundary are observed. With the increase of yttrium content

the strength and elongation of the aged alloy at both room temperature and 150℃ is raised at first and then dropped. The maximum strength and elongation

277 MPa and 11% respectively

of the alloy at room temperature can be observed with 2% Y addition while they are 220 MPa and 12.4% respectively at 150 ℃with 1% Y addition. The strength at both room temperature and high temperature and plasticity of the alloy with Y addition can be improved

which is attributed to the solid solution strengthening

precipitation strengthening and fine-grained strengthening.
