摘要

在分析MoO3-Al-Si体系SHS反应热力学的基础上

探讨了SHS-熔铸工艺制备MoSi2/Mo原位复合材料的可能性

研究了复合材料的原位形成过程。结果表明

MoO3-Al-Si体系的绝热燃烧温度高于4119K

能使合成产物熔化;在液态合成产物中

熔融的Al2O3能与液态的Mo和Si分离

从而可获得较纯净的Mo-Si高温熔体;Mo-Si高温熔体在凝固过程中原位形成MoSi2/Mo复合材料

而且随着复合材料中Mo含量的增加

MoSi2颗粒的尺寸减小。因此

通过SHS-熔铸工艺可以同步实现MoSi2/Mo复合材料的原位合成与液态成型一体化。

Abstract

Preparation of MoSi2/Mo composites by SHS-casting process has been conducted based on analysis of the thermodynamics of MoO3-Al-Si system in SHS

focusing on the in-situ reaction process of the composites. The synthesized products can be molten with the adiabatic temperature more than 4 119 K in MoO3-Al-Si system. Furthermore

the molten Al2O3 is separated from liquid Mo and liquid Si in liquid synthesized products to obtain purified high temperature Mo-Si melt. As a result

in-situ MoSi2/Mo composites can be prepared in a mould through the solidification of Mo-Si melt

in which the particle size of MoSi2 is decreased with increasing the Mo content. The MoSi2/Mo composites can be successfully prepared by SHS-casting process.
