摘要

系统地回顾了上海大学10余年以来在铝合金半固态基础与应用方面所涉及的主要研究情况

从坯料的连铸技术、连铸坯料的感应加热、半固态浆料的流变特性、压铸工艺及压铸件的热处理强化、计算机模拟和实际汽车零件研制等六个分类进行了较为完整的叙述。最后

对自己提出了从工业实用型和基础深化型两个方面继续努力的目标。

Abstract

This paper systemically looks back on main researches concerned with the foundational and applied area of semi-solid processing in Shanghai University. The six fields

which included continuous casting process

induction heating of billet

rheological behavior of semi-solid slurry

die-cast process and heat treatment strengthening of die-castings

computer simulation

development of automobile parts

are as a whole summarized. At last

the aims of continuance effort in industrial practicality and fundamental deepening are put forward for ourselves.
