摘要

Cu-Cr-Zr合金是当前在高强、高导领域被广泛应用的一种高性能功能材料

其研究及开发应用已取得了许多重要成果。综述了Cu-Cr-Zr合金在大气环境下的熔炼铸造工艺及铬、锆Zr元素对纯铜Cu组织和性能的影响

阐述了Cu-Cr-Zr合金的形变、热处理工艺和应用现状。认为Cu-Cr-Zr合金是较Cr、Cu和Zr、Cu更有应用潜力的高强高导合金

对其形变和热处理工艺已有一定研究

但该合金在大气环境下的熔铸工艺和时效析出相等方面尚待更深入研究。

Abstract

Cu-Cr-Zr alloy is currently widely used as a function material in high strength

high conductivity area.Remarkable achievement of Cu-Cr-Zr alloy has been made in the study

development and application.In this paper

a summary of the smelting technology of Cu-Cr-Zr alloy in atmosphere and the effect of Cr

Zr on structure and properties of pure Cu were given.Deformation

heat treatment technology and application of Cu-Cr-Zr alloy were also described.It insists that Cu-Cr-Zr alloy is a more promising high strength

high conductivity alloy compared with Cu-Cr and Cu-Zr alloy.Deformation and heat treatment technology of the alloy have already been studied to a certain extent

but the smelting technology in atmosphere needs to be improved

aging precipitation and related problems are to be studied thoroughly.
