影响镁合金半固态流变特性的参数为坯料加热温度、应变速率和保温时间。表观粘度随着剪切速率的增加而降低
当剪切速率大于5×10-3s-1时
表观粘度随剪切速率增加变化缓慢
表观粘度随着加热温度的增高逐渐降低
MB15合金晶粒形状和球化速度导致其表观粘度随固相率的变化曲线不同于AZ91D合金
其变化较为缓慢迟钝;表观粘度随保温时间的增加而减少
趋势近似直线。
Abstract
Influence parameters of rheology of alloys in semi-solid includes temperature
strain rate
holding time.Their apparent viscosity decreased with the increased shear rate.As shear rate exceeds 5×10-3s1
apparent viscosity increased slowly.Another
apparent viscosity decreased with increased of temperature.The region between MB15 magnesium alloy and AZ91D magnesium alloythat apparent viscosity changed slowly is different because of shape of grains and spheroidized velocity.Last
apparent viscosity decreased with the increased of holding time and it close to line.
