Research on Structure Property of AZ91D Magnesium Alloy Produced by Liquid Combination Process of Die Casting and Forging
The liquid combination process of die casting and forging is a new forming method which combines processing property of die casting with that of forging.Under the condition of the same process parameter and with the help of orthogonal test
AZ91D magnesium test samples were preproduced by the combination process of die casting and forging and the common die casting
respectively T6 method was also employed to treat the test samples.In addition
the mechanical property of samples was tested
and the microstructure of samples was observed.It was indicated that
under the condition of the same process parameter
the tesile strength and extensibility of the test samples produced by the liquid combination process of die and forging
were increased by 84.394% and 101.761% respectively
the tesile strength and extensibility of the test samples treated by T6 were increased by 94.672% and 121.617% respectively;and the size of grain of the test samples is much smaller
in comparison with those of test samples produced by common die casting.
