摘要

分析了铝熔体处理的重要性和意义

以及高效铝熔体处理的理论及其关键技术

并进一步探讨了铝熔体高效净化、富铁杂质相变质和晶粒细化处理技术的效果及其相互关系。提出"净化是铝熔体处理的关键、是细化和变质的基础"的熔体处理原则;据此研究获得了高效铝熔体综合处理技术

并在高性能罐用铝材等多种材料的制备中得到实际应用

显著地提高了铝材的冶金质量

从而使其力学性能、尤其是塑性得到了较大幅度的提高

有利于其后续的轧制加工及产品的最终性能。该技术对其他高性能铝材也具有直接的应用价值。

Abstract

The importance and meaning of melt-treatment of molten Al

and the theory of high-efficient melt-treatment of Aland its key technique were analyzed in this paper

and the effect of melt-treatment techniques such as high-efficient purification

modification of Fe-rich impurity-phase and grain refinement

and interrelations among these treating techniques of molten Al were investigated.It is firstly put forward that the purification is the fundamental and the key processes

i.e.

the basic of modification and grain refinement processes.Based upon this viewpoint

a new synthetical technique of high-efficient melt-treatment of Al has been developed

and it has been applied into the preparation of Al sheetsused for canwith high-performance.The new technique makes the metallurgical quality of Al sheetshave been improved remarkably.For this reason

the mechanical properties（especially plasticity） of Al sheetshave been improved remarkably.The new techniquealso will have the value of direct application in other Al sheets with high-performance.
