研究了Mn和Sr元素添加量的变化对Al-Si变质效果的影响,进一步揭示Mn、Sr元素在Al-Si合金中复合添加时的相互作用。结果表明,在Al-7Si-0.2Fe合金中添加Mn元素对Sr元素变质效果影响不大,然而Sr元素添加量超过0.014 8%会对Mn元素的变质效果有明显影响,富Fe相的平均直径和长径比平均值均呈现增大的趋势。综合富Fe相和Si相的显微组织形貌来看,复合添加0.20%的Mn和0.014 8%的Sr对Al-7Si-0.2Fe合金中的富Fe相和Si相改性效果较好。
The influence of Mn and Sr additions on the modification effect in Al-Si alloy was investigated to further exlplore the interaction between Mn and Sr elements during the compound addtition. The results indicate that Mn addition to Al-7Si-0.2Fe alloy has little impact on Sr modification effect, while a noticeable influence on the modification effect of Mn can be obtained with Sr content over 0.014 8%, leading to an increasing trend in the average diameter and aspect ratio of Fe-rich phase. Considering the microstructure and morphology of Fe-rich and Si phases, compound addition of 0.20% Mn and 0.014 8% Sr exhibits desirable modification effect on both phases in the Al-7Si-0.2Fe alloy.
