摘要

通过放电等离子烧结法制备了镀铜石墨烯增强6061铝基复合材料，并对其微观组织及力学性能进行了分析。结果表明，经过化学镀铜后，石墨烯与铝粉之间的润湿性得到改善，并在机械搅拌作用下成功混合。少量的石墨烯可以均匀分散在复合材料中，但过量的石墨烯会在复合材料中发生团聚。石墨烯可以分担基体所承受的应力，从而对基体产生强化效果。但团聚的石墨烯对基体的强化作用有限，并且会恶化复合材料的塑性。

Abstract

Copper-plated graphene-reinforced 6061-aluminum matrix composites were prepared by discharge plasma sintering method， and microstructure and mechanical properties of the composites were systematically analyzed. The results indicate that the wettability between graphene and aluminum powder is improved after chemical copper plating， leading to successful mixture through mechanical stirring. A small amount of graphene is uniformly dispersed in the composite， while excessive graphene results in agglomeration. Graphene effectively subjects the stresses suffered by the matrix， giving rise to strengthening effect. Nevertheless， the agglomerated graphene exhibits limited strengthening effects on the matrix， which is adverse to the plasticity of composite.
