Abstract
Refractory coatings are a key factor in the casting process
and the performance of the coating directly affects the quality of the castings.In the production of lost foam casting
the defects such as poor gas permeability
low temperature strength and poor peelability have a great effect on the quality of castings.The optimization of coating formulation and the influence of coating on casting quality have become the hotspots of current research.Combined with the defects of ductile iron lost foam coatings
