摘要

采用三段式感应加热研究了半固态7075铝合金挤压棒材的组织演变规律。以某型号尾翼结构件为研究对象

设计了尾翼半固态触变成形模具

研究了7075高强铝合金尾翼半固态触变-塑变复合近净成形的组织。当平均加热速度为4℃/s时

坯料上端最高加热温度为620℃

保温5min

制件复杂薄壁部位成形完整

尺寸精度高

其纵截面的微观组织为半固态到固态的梯度分布状态。

Abstract

The evolution of semi-solid microstructure in 7075 aluminum alloy extruded bar was investigated by three stages induction heating.A semisolid thixoforming mold for a certain type of fin structure was designed.The microstructure of 7075 high-strength aluminum alloy tail fin made by semisolid thixotropy-plastic composite near net forming was observed by OM and SEM.With the average heating speed of 4 ℃/s

the highest heating temperature at upper end of the billets of 620 ℃ for 5 min

the complex thin-walled position at the workpiece presents complete shape and high dimensional accuracy

and the microstructure of its longitudinal section is the gradient microstructure of semi-solid to solid state.
