摘要

采用水冷纯铜质蛇形通道浇注工艺和长效变质剂Sr复合细化工艺制备了半固态A390铝合金浆料

研究了Sr加入量对初生Si和共晶Si尺寸和形貌的影响。结果表明

采用该复合细化工艺可使半固态A390铝合金浆料中的初生Si细化和共晶Si变质同时得以实现

且随着Sr含量增加

半固态A390铝合金浆料组织中的初生Si和共晶Si晶粒都更加细小、均匀。

Abstract

Semi-solid A390 aluminum alloy slurry was prepared by a water-cooled copper serpentine channel pouring process combined with long-acting Sr modifier.The effects of Sr content on the grain size and morphology of primary Si and eutectic Si in the semi-solid slurry were investigated.The results show that the primary Si and eutectic Si in the slurry are both refined by the composite refining technology.With increasing in Sr content

the primary Si and eutectic Si grains in the semi-solid A390 aluminum alloy slurry become smaller and more uniform.
