ZL205 Aalloy was prepared by selective laser melting(SLM)technology.The effects of laser energy density on the microstructure and mechanical properties of SLM formed parts were investigated.The results reveal that the microstructure of powder SLM forming ZL205 Aalloy samples is divided into three areas:fine grain zone
heat affected zone(HAZ)and coarse grain zone.Within a certain range
with the increase of energy density
the tensile strength and yield strength of powder SLM forming ZL205 Aalloy samples are increased firstly and then decreased.With energy density of 104.20 J/mm3
the tensile strength and yield strength of the SLM formed samples reach 289 MPa and 230 MPa
