A satellite receiver mask casting was manufactured by the ZL114 Aalloy.Based on the analysis of structure characteristics and process properties of casting alloy
the gravity filling system was adopted.The ZL114 A receiver mask castings obtain a solidification sequence from bottom to top and from outside to inside by using of the ProCAST numerical simulation software
and the filling flow field
solidification field and solidified solid phase field were calculated optimizedly together
which avoided the occurrence of gas
slag
loose and shrinkage metallurgical defects.The silicon phase modification was carried out by adding 0.14%Sr element
and the eutectic Si that distributed along the grain boundary shows as spherical and polygonal morphology with the average size of about 4μm.The average tensile strength
yield strength and elongation of body specimens after T6 heat treatment are 333 MPa
