针对AZ91D镁合金特殊的流体性质和金属铸型的不透明性
设计出4种类型的浇注系统
运用有限差分模拟软件FLOW3D对4种设计进行填充过程模拟
有效预测压铸件中可能存在的缺陷分布与尺寸
找出最佳的浇注系统设计方案。结果表明:在浇注温度为630℃、模具的连续工作温度为220℃、内浇道速度60m/s情况下
金属液的流动均匀地填充整个零件的设计方案最为合理可行
同时在优化设计基础上生产出具有致密微观结构的镁合金零件。
Direct towards special fluid property of AZ91D magnesium alloy and non-transparency of metal casting mould
we simulate filling process of four kinds of die casting gating and runner system
which we have designed with finite difference simulation software FLOW3D to predict the location and size of surface defects
so that we can find the best gating and runner system.The result shows under the condition of appropriate parameters:pouring temperature 630 ℃
mold temperature 220 ℃
ingate velocity 60m/s
the design is rational when the liquid metal uniformly flow over the part
and on the basis of optimum design
we can produce the magnesium part with dense microstructure.
