高真空压铸汽车底盘结构件浇注系统分析

:介绍了汽车底盘结构件的高真空压铸成形设计,以可热处理的Al-Si-Mn系高强韧铝合金汽车底盘结构件的压铸技术开发与应用为研究对象,通过设置不同的浇注系统,应用数值模拟方法,定性分析了铝合金液流动的充型状态与铸件缺陷的分布,着重研究了梳形浇道、扇形浇道、集中进浇、分散进浇、长浇道与短浇道对充型流动状态、充型温度、充型速度、气压阻力与铸件成形的关系;确定了铸件的浇注系统与排气系统,大大缩短了模具的开发周期。

Analysis of Gating System on High Vacuum Die Casting Automobile Chassis Structural Part

Abstract:The high vacuum die casting of the car automotive chassis structural parts was analyzed, and the die casting technology development and application of the heat treatable Al-Si-Mg-Mn high strength aluminum alloy car automotive chassis structural parts were described. The numerical simulation method was adopted to analyze the flow and filling of the aluminum alloy liquid and the distribution of the casting defects with different pouring gates. In addition, the effects of gating system were analyzed, such as the combshaped pouring gate, the sector pouring gate, pouring concentrate and pouring disperse, long pouring gate and short pouring gate, on the filling process, filling temperature, the filling velocity and the drag pressure. The optimized pouring system and exhausted system was determined to reduce greatly the mold development period.
