悬臂式低压铸造机的设计与分析

摘要:四立柱式低压铸造机由于其操作空间狭小,致使下芯、取件、模具清理等非常不便,为此设计了悬臂式低压铸造机。该低压铸造机取件和装砂芯同时进行,易实现自动化,省去了机械手等辅助装置。悬臂结构虽然有很多优点,但其稳定性差、容易产生变形,经过计算求得充型时对上模板的最大作用力,以此设计悬臂和立柱的合理尺寸,最后对悬臂和立柱进行静力学分析,保证其理论可行性。

Design andAnalysis of Cantilever Low-pressure Casting Machine

Abstract:The popular casting machine in the market belongs to fourbeam type low pressure casting machine with small space for operation, so that it is very inconvenient for the sand coresetting, workpiecepushing and mold cleaning. For this reason, the cantilever low pressure casting machine was designed. The cantilever casting machine can unload the workpiece and install the sand core simultaneously, and eliminate the auxiliary device. Although the cantilever structure has many advantages, however, its stability is poor, and it is easy to be deformed. After calculation, the maximum force acting on the upper template was obtained. The proper dimensions of the cantilever and beam was designed according to the calculated data. Finally, the static analysis of the cantilever and the beam was carried out to ensure its theoretical feasibility.
