超声功率对差压铸造ZL114A铝合金硬度的影响

摘要:通过测量和分析超声功率凝固压力协同场下ZL114A铝合金的硬度,研究了超声功率凝固压力协同场对铝合金硬度的影响,并建立了硬度与超声功率和凝固压力之间的关系。结果表明,超声功率凝固压力协同场对ZL114A合金硬度影响显著。在相同的凝固压力下,随着超声功率增加,试样硬度表现为先增大后减小的趋势,当超声功率为600 W时,试样的硬度达到最大值;在同一超声功率下,试样的硬度随凝固压力的增加而增加。当超声功率为600 W、凝固压力为350 kPa时,试样的硬度达到最大值。

Effects of Ultrasonic Power and Solidification Pressure on the Hardness of ZL114A Aluminum Alloy

Abstract: The effects of ultrasonic power and solidification pressure on the hardness of ZL114A aluminum alloy were investigated. Meanwhile, the relationship between hardness and ultrasonic power as well as solidification pressure was established. The results show that the ultrasonic power and solidification pressure has a significant effect on the Vickers hardness of the ZL114A alloy. At the fixed solidification pressure, with the increase of ultrasonic power, the Vickers hardness of the sample is increased firstly and then decreased, and when the ultrasonic power is 600 W, the Vickers hardness of the sample reaches the maximum value. At the same ultrasonic power, the Vickers hardness of the sample is increased with the increase of the solidification pressure. When the ultrasonic power is 600 W and the solidification pressure is 350 kPa, the Vickers hardness of the sample reaches the maximum value.
