比压对Al-12Si合金挤压铸造组织和性能的影响

摘要:研究在不同比压下凝固的 Al-12Si铝合金的组织和力学性能。结果表明,在压力下凝固时,该合金组织发生明显变化,抗拉强度、伸长率和洛氏硬度均显著提高。当比压为 0~650 MPa 时,随着比压的增加,初生α-Al晶粒尺寸和共晶 Si 粒子长宽比均显著减小,Si 相形貌由长针状变成细小的蠕虫状与颗粒状,断口形貌由常压下的脆性断裂转变成韧性断裂。

Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Al-12Si Alloy under Pressurized Solidification

Abstract:Microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-12Si alloy under pressurized solidification were investigated by OM, SEM and hardness testing. The results reveal that microstructure of the alloy is changed with pressurized solidification. And the tensile strengthelongation and hardness of the alloy are improved remarkably. When the specific pressure is increased from 0 MPa to 650 MPa, the size of primary α-Al and aspect ratio of eutectic Si phase is decreased obviously. Meanwhile, the morphology of eutectic Si particles is changed from long needle-like to small vermicular and granular structure, and the fracture morphology is changed from brittle fracture to ductile one.
