铝合金基座压铸工艺设计及数值模拟

摘要:根据铝合金基座铸件的结构特点,进行了压力铸造浇注系统的设计。利用Flow-3D软件对铸件工艺方案的充型过程进行了数值分析。根据获得的温度场分布来预测铸件充型过程卷气的分布和卷气量。根据模拟结果,在卷气严重的地方设置8个溢流槽。模拟结果显示,铸件表面温差减小,卷气基本分布在溢流槽内,充型过程更加平稳。实际生产的铸件表面光滑、内部缺陷减少,气密性得到提高。

Numerical Simulation of Filling Process of Die Casting Aluminum Alloy Base

Abstract:According to the structural characteristics of aluminum alloy base, the gating system of die casting was designed. The filling of casting process was visualized by using Flow-3D software. According to the distribution of temperature, distribution and content of entrapped air were predicted during casting filling process. The simulated results were analyzed and then 8 overflowing slots were set at the place with serious entrapped air .The simulated results reveal that the temperature difference of casting surface is decreased and the entrapped air mainly exists in the overflowing slots. The filling process exhibits more stable and smooth. The surface of practical casting exhibits desirable, and the casting defects are reduced with improvement of the air tightness.
