汽车空调压缩机涡旋盘挤压铸造工艺研究

摘要:ZL111铝合金为原料,运用挤压铸造工艺制备了汽车涡旋式制冷压缩机中涡旋盘铸件。通过单一变量法,分析了工艺参数对铸件力学性能及显微组织的影响。结果表明,在最佳工艺参数(比压为100 MPa、保压时间为16 s、浇注温度为740 ℃)下,铸件表面及内部无铸造缺陷,微观组织致密,综合力学性能较好。铸件的抗拉强度可以达到370 MPa,伸长率为2.5%,硬度(HB)128

Squeezing Casting Scroll Plate of Automotive Air Conditioning Compressor

Abstract:ZL111 aluminum alloy scroll plate of the automotive refrigeration compressor was produced by squeezing casting. The effects of process parameters on mechanical properties and microstructure of the scroll plate were investigated by the single variable method. The results reveal that the castings have absence of casting defects with dense microstructure and satisfied comprehensive mechanical properties in the optimum process parameterscasting pressure of 100 MPa, holding time of 16 s, pouring temperature of 740 ℃).The tensile strength, elongation and hardness of aluminum alloy scroll plate specimen can reach 370 MPa,2.5%and 128HB,respectively.
