差压铸造铝合金中间箱体的研制

摘要: 对差压铸造铝合金中间箱体铸型进行了设计,研究了差压铸造工艺及热处理对其组织及力学性能的影响,并对铝合金中间箱体进行了检验及测试。结果表明,铝合金中间箱体毛坯轮廓清晰,无浇不足、冷隔、裂纹等铸造缺陷,显微组织致密,其拉伸试样断口呈延性断裂;本体的抗拉强度为397 MPa、伸长率为6%

Production of the Aluminum Middle Transmission Housing by Differential Pressure Casting

Abstract:Mould design, differential pressure casting and heat treatment technology of the aluminum alloy middle transmission housing were analyzed, and the aluminum alloy middle transmission housing was prepared and tested for surface quality, internal quality and mechanical properties. The results reveal that the aluminum alloy middle transmission housing exhibits clear surface quality with absence of misrun, cold shut, hot tearing and other casting defects. Microstructure of the transmission housing has the features of dense without porosity and oxide inclusions and other casting defects. Fracture of the aluminum alloy middle transmission housing is characterized by ductile structure. The tensile strength and elongation of the housing after heat treatment reach 397 MPa and 6%, respectively.
