真空压铸型腔压力的计算模型与验证

摘要: 对真空压铸抽真空过程中型腔压力的变化,建立了一种新的计算模型,该模型考虑了实际抽真空过程中模具泄漏对型腔压力的影响。通过实测型腔压力的数据拟合,对该模型的可靠性进行验证。在此基础上,探讨了抽气效率和模具密封对型腔压力的影响,总结出一种评价真空系统抽气能力和模具密封性能的方法。

Mathematical Model and Experimental Verification of Cavity Pressure in Vacuum Die Casting

Abstract:Air evacuation in vacuum die casting process was analyzed. A new mathematical model was established to calculate cavity pressure, and leakage of die was also taken into acount in the model in order to fit with practical conditions. The model was verified by fitting with actual cavity pressure data recorded by the vacuum system in practical die casting process. Furthermore, influences of evacuation efficiency and die leakage on cavity pressure were discussed. And the fitting equation parameters can be used to assess vacuum system and die sealing.
