铝合金轮毂低压铸造的模具设计及工艺优化

摘要:利用ProCAST软件对铝合金轮毂低压铸造过程中铸件及压铸模具进行温度场和应力场的耦合模拟。对模具结构、压铸工艺参数进行优化,采用中心复合试验法设计多组试验并进行数值模拟,分析各自变量对充型过程及模具影响因素的大小,得到自变量与目标量之间的响应面和映射关系。以模具轻量化/低热应力/高效率为目标建立优化模型,采用NSGA Ⅱ算法进行多目标优化并获得Pareto优化解,达到提高铸件品质,延长模具寿命的目的。

Mold Design and Process Optimization of Low Pressure Casting Aluminum Alloy Wheel

Abstract:The temperature field and stress field of castings and diecasting mould during process of lowpressure casting aluminum alloy hub were simulated by ProCAST software. According to the simulated results and the practical production, the mold structure and the diecasting process parameters were modified. The central composite experiment was used to design multiple experiments, and numerical simulation was carried out to analyze influence of variables on the filling process and mold. The response surface and the mapping relationship between the independent variable and the target were presented. The optimized model was established with the aim of light / low thermal stress / high efficiency. The multiobjective optimization was carried out using NSGA algorithm and the Pareto optimal solution was obtained. Finally, the quality of castings and life of the mold were improved.
