​化油器中体压铸充型凝固数值模拟及工艺优化

摘要:运用ProCAST软件对铝合金化油器中体压铸件进行压铸模拟仿真。通过分析压铸过程中金属流体的流动场、温度场以及预测缺陷的分布和含量,优化了压铸工艺参数:压射速度为2.5 m/s,模具预热温度为210 ,浇注温度为620 ,内浇口厚度为2.5 mm。通过压铸试验,得到了合格的化油器中体压铸件。通过金相观察,证实了模拟结果的准确性。

Design and Optimization of Die-casting Process for Carburetor Midbody Based on Numerical Simulation

Abstract:Filling process of die casting aluminum alloy carburetor midbody was simulated by the ProCAST software. By analyzing temperature field and flow field in die casting process of aluminum carburetor and observing distribution and volume of predicated flaws, the optimized parameters of die casting process were presented as follows: the injection speed of 2.5 m/s, mold preheating temperature of 210 , pouring temperature of 620 and ingate thickness of 2.5 mm. Through adopting the optimized parameters, the qualified carburetor midbody was produced successfully. Microstructural observation reveal, that the simulated defects are well in agreement with the practical ones.
