基于C8051单片机的低压铸造机数据采集与监视系统设计

摘要针对传统低压铸造生产过程缺乏实时数据采集入库及远程监视的情况,设计了以C8051 F350单片机为控制核心,以单片机内部自带的A/D实现模拟量采集,以TLP521-4芯片为数字量采集的关键部件,以WIFI技术实现数据发送,以PC端自开发软件实现数据接收、解析及入库,以WEB客户端访问数据库的低压铸造机数据采集入库与远程监视系统的实现方案。阐述了系统组成结构及工作原理、软硬件设计。此系统具有较高的精度及稳定性,可以实现多个模拟量和数字量的长期循环实时采集及发送。

Design of Data Acquisition and Monitoring System of Low Pressure Die Casting Machine Based on C8051 MCU

Abstract:Aiming at the lack of realtime data acquisition, storage and remote monitoring in the traditional low pressure casting process, low pressure casting machine data collection and implementation of remote monitoring system through the WEB client to access the database was developed by taking C8051F350 microcontroller as control core, microcontroller internal A/D achieving analogue acquisition, and using TLP521-4 chip as the key component of digital data acquisition as well as sending data by WIFI on the PC side with the help of the development of software to realize the data receiving, analysis and storage. The system structure, working principle, hardware and software design were described. The developed system has the features of high precision and stability, which can achieve a number of ananlogue and digital long cycle realtime acquisition and transmission.
