压铸铝合金油底壳高压油道钢管嵌件工艺分析与改进

摘要针对新一代高性能发动机油底壳,利用同步设计改进产品结构,应用高压油道钢管嵌件特殊工艺。改进钢管形状、制造工艺,缩小形位公差,提高定位精度和一致性;改进模具设计,提高钢管嵌件安装及压铸过程的稳定性;运用钢管预热和滚花工艺,解决产品的泄漏问题;研发钢管嵌件清洗及防锈工艺,解决产品压铸及加工过程中的管件生锈问题,有效地保证了产品高压油道的气密性能和清洁度,使产品设计成功并进行量产。

Analysis and Improvement of High pressure oil pipe insert Process in Aluminum Alloy Die Casting for Auto Pan-oil

Abstract:A new generation of highperformance engine oil pan was produced by using the synchronous design to improve the product structure and adopting high pressure oil pipe insert special process. By improving the steel pipe shape and process to narrow shape tolerance, the positioning accuracy and consistency were improved. By modifying the mold design, stability of the steel pipe insert installation and die casting process was improved. Through steel preheating and knurling process, the problem of products leakage was eliminated. In addition, steel pipe insert cleaning and antirust process was developed to solve product pipe rust in the process of die casting and processing, effectively ensuring the product high pressure oil airtight performance and cleanliness and making a successful product design and production.
