A356合金半固态挤压铸造数值模拟及模具优化

摘要采用Anycasting软件对A356合金铸件半固态挤压铸造过程中充型和凝固过程进行数值模拟。研究了压射速度、浇注温度对半固态A356铝合金挤压铸造过程的影响,对工艺参数进行了优化,并对压铸模具进行了改进。结果表明,模具预热温度为200 ,浇注温度为600 ,压射速度为0.5 m/s,内浇口厚度为5 mm时,能够获得质量理想的铸件。

Simulation of Semi-solid Squeezing Casting for A356 Alloy and Design Optimization of the Mould

Abstract:The filling and solidification process of A356 alloy by Semi-solid squeezing casting was simulated by the Anycasting software. Effects of the injection speed and pouring temperature on squeezing casting process were investigated. Through analyzing defects, the processing parameters and the mould were optimized. The results show that highquality castings can be produced with the mould preheating temperature of 200 , the pouring temperature of 600 , the injection speed of 0.5 m/s and ingate thickness of 5 mm.
