铝合金半固态压铸充型流动的数值模拟

摘要采用铝合金半固态表观粘度模型,耦合流动基本方程,使用有限差分方法及交错网格技术,对铝合金半固态充型过程进行了模拟研究,成功实现了对铝合金半固态流动场的计算分析,并通过条形铸件对模拟结果进行了试验验证。模拟结果表明,相比于普通的铝合金浆料,半固态浆料会沿着型腔壁缓慢向前推进,充型液面前端平滑。模拟结果与相似条件下成形的试验结果充型特征基本吻合。

Numerical Simulation of Diecasting Filling Process of Semi-solid Aluminum Alloys

Abstract:The filling flow process of the semisolid aluminum alloy was simulated by the semisolid apparent viscosity model coupled with fluid basic equation and FEM as well as staggered grid method. The fluid field of Semi-solid aluminum alloy was calculated, and the simulated results were verified through the experiment of the sample strip. The results show that the semisolid alloy slurry can flow forward slowly along the cavity wall compared with the common aluminum alloy. The front of the free surface flows smoothly. The simulated results are well in agreement with the experiment ones in the similar conditions.
