    • Quenching Sensitivity of 7075 Aluminum Alloy Sheet

    • In the field of 7075 high-strength aluminum alloy, experts have comprehensively studied its quenching sensitivity through immersion end quenching and corrosion tests, providing solutions for improving material properties. The hardness decreases with the increase of quenching end distance, and the anti peeling corrosion performance decreases with the increase of end distance. The size and quantity of intragranular quenched precipitates increase, resulting in a decrease in strengthening phases after aging and a decrease in mechanical properties.
