    • Improvement of Sand Mold Casting and Cooling System of Shell for Ultra High Voltage GIS

    • Experts analyzed the defects in the original sand mold low-pressure casting process and proposed improvement plans to address the problem of gas leakage in the ultra-high voltage GIS shell. The new process has increased the yield by 8%, reduced sand molds, effectively solved the problem of air leakage, and has produced over 100 pieces stably.
