    • Process Optimization and Molten Pool Thermodynamics of Laser Powder Bed Fused 316L Thin-walled Structures

    • In the field of manufacturing thin-walled honeycomb components for aviation heat dissipation, experts have proposed a laser powder bed melting ultrafine spot and process parameter optimization method, directly forming thin-walled honeycomb structures with a minimum wall thickness of about 100 microns, providing a new solution to the manufacturing difficulties of aviation heat dissipation components.
