    • Performance Improvement of New Energy Water-cooled Motor Housing

    • This article introduces the research progress of water-cooled motor housing for new energy vehicles. Experts analyzed the failure mode of a certain new energy motor inner shell die-casting part, optimized the pouring system through numerical simulation, and improved the performance through T5 heat treatment, hot sleeve pressing, and friction stir welding technology, providing a solution to ensure the high performance of water-cooled motor inner shells.
