    • Effects of Nitrogen on Microstructure and Properties of CrNiTiMoNx HEA Films

    • In the field of materials science, researchers have prepared CrNiTiMoNx high entropy alloy films using direct current magnetron sputtering reaction technology, and studied the effects of different N2 and Ar volume flow ratios on the microstructure and properties of the films. When the volume flow ratio of N2 to Ar is 1:1, the film has the highest hardness and the best corrosion resistance, meeting the requirements for use in extreme environments.
