    • Effects of Electrolyte Temperature on Structure and Properties of 5 μm Electrolytic Copper Foil

    • The latest research reveals that electrolyte temperature has a significant impact on the structure and properties of 5-micron electrolytic copper foil. At 50 ℃, the copper foil has the highest crystal orientation coefficient, excellent mechanical properties, low surface roughness, and a dense and smooth coating.
