    • Orthogonal Optimization and Simulation of Low-pressure Casting Process for Magnesium Alloy Casing

    • In the field of low-pressure casting of thin-walled magnesium alloy casings, experts have designed a casting system that combines bottom injection and gap casting. The casting temperature, sand preheating temperature, and holding pressure have been optimized using ProCAST simulation software, achieving an improvement in casting quality.
