摘要

采用挤压铸造工艺制备AM60铸件，研究了挤压压力（40、80和120 MPa）和浇注温度（650、690和730 ℃）对合金组织与性能的影响，并对挤压态AM60镁合金的断裂机理进行了分析。结果表明，增大挤压压力可以细化

-Mg晶粒，并且使第二相分布更加均匀；在690 ℃浇注、120 MPa挤压压力下获得的铸件晶粒最细小，综合力学性能理想，相比重力铸造，其抗拉强度由135.6 MPa提升至212.5 MPa，伸长率由5.7%提升至11.2%。断口分析显示挤压态AM60镁合金的断裂机制为准解理断裂，随着挤压压力增大，断裂形式逐渐向韧性断裂转变。

Abstract

AM60 alloy castings were prepared by squeeze casting， and effects of applied pressure （40， 80 and 120 MPa） and pouring temperature

（650， 690 and 730 ℃） on the microstructure and properties of AM60 magnesium alloy were investigated. Meanwhile， the fracture mechanism was analyzed. The results indicate that the grain sizes of

-Mg are refined with the increase of applied pressure， and distribution of the second phase is more uniform. The grains obtained with 120 MPa and 690 ℃ are fine with satisfied comprehensive mechanical properties. Compared with gravity casting， the tensile strength of the squeezing casting AM60 alloy is increased from 135.6 MPa to 212.5 MPa， and the elongation is increased from 5.7% to 11.2%. The fracture analysis reveals that the fracture mode of squeeze casting AM60 magnesium alloy is characterized by quasi-cleavage fracture， which is transformed to ductile fracture with the increase of applied pressure.
