摘要

逆变器壳体体积较大、结构复杂，多处需要搅拌摩擦焊接，铸件的高温密封性能要求高，铸造密封区域气孔尺寸须控制在0.2 mm以内。通过采用多级增速压铸工艺，合理设计压铸进料、排气系统和压铸工艺参数，解决了铸件气孔问题，增强了逆变器壳体的密封性能。

Abstract

The inverter housing exhibits large volume and complex structure with requiring mixing friction welding and high temperature sealing performance requirements， and the casting sealing area should be controlled within 0.2 mm. The gas holes in the inventer housing could be eliminated by adopting multi-stage acceleration die-casting process， reasonable design of die-casting feed， exhausting system and die-casting process parameters， and the sealing performance of the inverter housing was improved.
